Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and special packages.
- Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients’ requirements while maximizing value.
- Utilize Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited’s resources and technology to facilitate booking and client management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and destination information to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance travel knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel planning tools (training will be provided).
- Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.
