October 2, 2017 – Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited announced today the acquisition of Winebrenner Red Carpet Travel, a travel agency, based in Iowa City. The announcement was made by company CEO/owner Duane Jasper. The combined two companies provide travel management services to more than seventy companies and assist over 5,000 vacation travelers each year.
Winebrenner Red Carpet Travel has provided exemplary service for over 50 years to the Johnson County (Iowa City and Coralville) region for vacation travel, Hawkeye cruises, group trips, away games for the University of Iowa football team and corporate travel management. As a preferred travel agency for the University of Iowa and the Official University of Iowa Bowl Game Travel Agency, the company has an excellent relationship with the University.
