Where Are My Travelers Report

Every day of the year we can distribute a Where Are My Travelers Report to your school’s risk management team. If an event happens anywhere in the world, you’ll know right away if you have a traveler in the affected area. If you discover you have an affected traveler, you’ll be able to put your institution’s duty of care plan in place immediately.

Duty of Care Plans

What is your school’s plan if you learn that one of your travelers finds themselves in the middle of extreme weather, a terrorist event or some type of political unrest? Your institution should have a duty of care plan that details what everyone’s responsibility is in such a situation. Your Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited account manager will work with your risk management department to help write a duty of care plan that works for your school’s risk management tolerance.

    My association with Lorey and Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited began a number of years ago after I wanted to plan a vacation with my sons. A very good friend recommended that I make an appointment with Lorey through her agency and from that time on, Lorey has been a very integral advisor regarding trip agendas. When family, actually, over the years re-located, I kept on traveling to visit them and discovered new destinations with friends, too.     Lorey has always helped us with finding the perfect accommodations and plans for our vacations. In the summer of 2014, we met our niece in Italy and traveled to Venice and Rome. For a weekend, we flew to Czech Republic to meet a brother and his wife and stayed in a fabulous hotel. That trip was a juggling act for a travel agent, and Lorey figured it out! When we wanted to take a guided tour of Ireland and do London on our own, Lorey was able to make the contacts we needed to make it happen! We booked a cruise out of Boston.     Our travel agent Aimee Langlas who is employed by Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited was so helpful in helping us plan our Alaskan Cruise. Our daughters surprised us with the Norwegian Alaskan Cruise for a Christmas gift. Aimee helped our daughters get this wonderful cruise booked then helped us with planning the rest of the trip. Unfortunately Coronavirus hit and we had to cancel our cruise.
